Signe Lidéns kunstnarskap utforskar relasjonar mellom stad, sansing og tid. Gjennom lydopptak, instrumentbygging og samtalar tilnærmar ho seg stad som noko i konstant tilbliing gjennom geologiske, biologiske og atmosfæriske prosessar, og dessutan sosiale og økonomiske relasjonar. Arbeidaren hennar består av installasjon, performance og meir dokumentariske former som lyd-essay og arkiv. Lidén har initiert prosjekta Paviljong og saman med Hilde Methi og Arjen Mulder Akademi for Rytmorfologi.
Signe Lidén work explores relations between place, sensing and sound. Through field recording, instrument-building and conversations, she approaches place as a dynamic becoming produced by geological, biological and atmospheric processes, as well as social and economic relations. Her work spans sound installations, video and performance to more documentary forms such as sound essays and archives. Lidén has initiated the ongoing projects Pavilion and the Academy of Rhythmorphology with Hilde Methi and Arjen Mulder.

Elin Sundström (1975) er ein tverrfagleg kunstnar basert i Uppsala, Sverige. Praksisen hennar spenner over skulptur, installasjon og performative intervensjonar, ofte i stads-spesifikke prosjekt. Verka diskuterer ikkje-hierarkiske måtar å forhalda seg til det meir ein menneskelege på, gjennom eit nært samarbeid mellom land, kropp og materiale. Å hente råd frå landskapet med dets mangfald av vesen gjer resultatet av verket uføreseielege, på ein skala mellom forhandling og overgiving til elementa.
Elin Sundström (1975) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Uppsala, Sweden. Her practice spans across sculpture, installation and performative interventions, often in site-specific projects. The work discusses non-hierarchical ways of relating to the other-than-human, through close collaboration between land, body and material. Taking counsel from the landscape with its multitude of beings makes the outcome of the work unpredictable, on a scale between negotiation and surrender to the elements.

Bent Erik Myrvoll jobbar i spenningsfeltet mellom tradisjonelle teknikkar som fresco og stuccolustro til foto og performance hvor fargene sin materialitet og eigenart står sentralt. Han kalkbrenner jord/mineral, en teknikk som gjev fargepigmenta unike fargeklangar. Han har ei samling av fargepigment som kan sjåast som abstraherte fargekart over ulike landskap. Han jobber også med maleriet som rene fargeanalyser av landskapa han omgir seg med, hvor fargene blir komponenter i abstrakte malerier.
Bent Erik Myrvoll works between traditional techniques such as fresco and stucco lustre to photography and performance where the materiality and uniqueness of the colors are central. He lime-burns earth/mineral, a technique that gives the color pigments unique color tones. He has a collection of pigments that can be seen as abstracted colormaps of various landscapes. He also works with painting as pure color analyses of the landscapes around him, where the colors become components in abstract paintings.

Marita Isobel Solberg Tromsø, Noreg. Frå Olmmáivággi / Olmavankka / Manndalen, NO. Marita er ein mangesidig musikar og biletkunstnar med fokus på performancekunst. Ho jobbar frå kunstnarstudioet sitt på Troms Fylkeskultursenter, og lever eit nomadisk liv på den norske og internasjonale musikk- og kunstscena. Ein fellesnemnar for prosjekta hennar er intensjonen om å utfordra publikum – og seg sjølv ved å nå inn i det inste, og skapa djupe vibrasjonar gjennom lyd, rørsle og djupt samband.
Marita Isobel Solberg, Tromsø, Norway. From Olmmáivággi / Olmavankka / Manndalen, NO. Marita is a multifaceted musician and visual artist with a focus on performance art. Working from her artist studio at Troms Fylkeskultursenter, she lives a nomadic life on the Norwegian and international music and art scene. A common denominator for her projects is the intention to challenge the audience – and herself, by reaching into the innermost being, creating deep vibrations through sound, movement and deep connection.

Ian Nesbitt er ein sosialt engasjert kunstnar, filmskapar, forfattar og vandrar basert i Sheffield, UK. Arbeida hans gir rom for å praktisera fellesskap, ved å bruka samarbeidsformer, samvær og slektskap for å utforska spørsmålet om kva det vil seie å leva godt blant kollapsande system. Ved å jobba saman med innbyggjarar, lokalsamfunn og det meir ein menneskelege for å skapa rom for utveksling som går utover kvardagen, søkjer arbeidet hans å fremja nye tolkningar av desse delte og samanfletta territoria.
Ian Nesbitt is a socially engaged art worker, filmmaker, writer, and pedestrian based in Sheffield, UK. His work holds space for practicing togetherness, using modes of co-operation, conviviality and kinship to explore the question of what it means to live well amongst collapsing systems. Working alongside citizens, communities and the more-than-human to create spaces for exchange that are beyond the everyday, his work seeks to further emerging readings of these shared and entangled territories.

Anne-Marte Eidseth Rygh nyttar geologi som utgangspunkt, og henvender seg til eit samhøyre der mineraler og multi-arter er likeverdige deltakarar i aktivistisk og økosentrisk utforsking. Til døme plasserte ho ein meteor tilbake i ørkenen der den vart funnen for å belyse geopolitiske paradoks, og viser skeive maktforhold gjennom bergkrystallens kolonistiske historie. Handlingane er forma av samtaler med geologar, filosofar, urfolk, forskarar og økofeministar. Perspektivar med parallellar til fossil djuptid og flyktig notid.
Anne-Marte Eidseth Rygh use geology as a starting point, and aproches communities where minerals and multi-species are equal participants in activist and ecocentric exploration. To examplify, she returned a meteor to the desert where it was found to highligth geopolitical paradoxes, and shows uneven power relations through the rock crystal’s colonial history. Her actions are informed by talks with geologists, philosophers, indigenous peoples, scientists and ecofeminists. Perspectives with parallels to deep time and ephemeral present.

Kamilė Pikelytė er en kunstner som for tiden er basert i Vilnius, Litauen. Hun arbeider på tvers av en rekke medier, og har nylig fokusert på performance og skulptur. Hun bruker funnede digitale og fysiske rester for å undersøke hvordan økologiske og sosiale systemer skjuler ubeleilige sannheter. Gjennom zoomorfe og humanoide representasjoner utforsker Kamilė de obskure rammene som ligger til grunn for vår forståelse av den «andre». Verkene hennes skaper en abstrakt fantasi der sammensatte fragmenter danner sin egen merkelige emosjonelle logikk.
Kamilė Pikelytė is an artist currently based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Working across many mediums, she has recently focused on performance and sculpture. Her practice uses found digital and physical remnants to examine how ecological and social systems conceal inconvenient truths. Through zoomorphic and humanoid representations, Kamilė explores the obscure frameworks underlying our understanding of the “other.” Her works create an abstracted fantasy in which assembled fragments form their own strange emotional logic.
